Surface system
Official surface of the Grand Slam & Australian Open
Following years of research and testing, Rebound Ace has been chosen by international professional tennis players as the best court surface. Today, it is known worldwide as the ‘athletes’ favourite surface’. It is the official court surface of the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament and the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.
Research into court costs (including maintenance) carried out over more than 20 years has demonstrated that Rebound Ace is more cost-effective than surfaces such as synthetic grass, natural grass and clay courts.
