Terms of Use

The website mekra.com (the "Site") is operated by MEKRA TENİS SPOR TESİSLERİ YAP.ORG.SAN.VE TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. (the "Company"; address: Tarabya Mah., Aydınevler Yıldırım Çıkmazı Sk., No: 2/2, 34457, Sarıyer, İstanbul; MERSIS: 0614001681100019). By using the Site you accept the terms below; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides information on tennis court and sports surface systems, court equipment and related services, accepts quote requests, offers a 3D court design tool and sells suitable products online. Content on the Site is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer or commitment.

2. Product and price information

  • Product specifications, images and prices are prepared by the Company with reasonable care, but typing, image or system errors may occur. If an obvious error (for example a clearly wrong price) is noticed, the Company informs the customer before confirming the order; cancellation and refund are handled in accordance with consumer legislation.
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Currency display is for information; payment is taken in Turkish lira and the amount shown at checkout applies.
  • Colours and textures in photographs may differ from the real product depending on screen settings.
  • Court and surface construction work becomes binding only through a separate contract concluded after a site survey and a written quote.

3. 3D court design tool and colour selector

The design tool and colour selector are visual aids that help you imagine the look and dimensions of your court. Dimensions, quantities, colours and technical sheet data in the output are estimates; ground preparation, drainage, slope, regulations and site conditions are verified during the survey. A design produced by the tool is not binding until the Company issues a written quote. Designs created without an account are kept for a limited time (see the KVKK Privacy Notice).

4. User obligations

When using the Site you agree to:

  • Act in accordance with the law, public morals and these terms, and not infringe the rights of others.
  • Provide accurate information and not act on behalf of others without permission.
  • Not use software, automated scraping or methods that harm the Site, servers or other users or create excessive load, and not attempt to bypass security measures.
  • Not post insulting, unlawful, misleading, advertising content or third parties' personal data in comments, questions and chat messages.
  • Confirm that photos and documents you upload are lawful and that you have the right to use them.

The Company may remove content that breaches these terms, restrict the relevant account and, where necessary, notify the competent authorities.

5. Intellectual property

Text, images, photographs, drawings, software, designs and trademarks on the Site belong to the Company or their rightful owners and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without prior written permission. You may view the Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes and use it in your order or quote process.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site may include third-party services or links such as payment institutions, couriers, maps, live chat and analytics. The relevant providers are responsible for the content and privacy practices of those services.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company aims to provide the Site without interruption or error, but temporary disruption may occur because of maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages or force majeure. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for decisions made based on Site content or for indirect damages. This clause does not limit the consumer's statutory rights (defective goods, withdrawal, etc.) or liability arising from the Company's intent or gross negligence.

8. Personal data and cookies

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy, and cookies according to the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

The Company may update these terms at any time; the current version is published on this page and applies from its publication date. Last updated: 18.10.2026.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to these terms. For consumer transactions, the application and jurisdiction rules of Law No. 6502 (consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts) are reserved; for other disputes the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction.
